A monthly calendar for anything

  • School year: start in August or September and you get twelve months to the next summer.
  • Family wall calendar: landscape pages with notes, one color per family member written in the boxes.
  • Planner inserts: portrait pages on A4 or Letter, punched for a binder.

Printing tips

  • Calendars print well at 100% or with "Fit to page"; the layout keeps a margin that home printers can reach.
  • For a wall calendar, print the monthly pages on 32 lb or card stock, punch two holes at the top and bind them with rings, or clip them to a board.
  • Landscape monthly pages give the biggest boxes. Portrait suits a planner binder.
  • Turn off "Shade weekends" and choose the Mono color to save colored ink.

Is the calendar free?

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, and you can print as many as you like.

Can I start the week on Monday?

Yes. Choose Monday under "Weeks start on"; the calendar and the mini months follow.

Which holidays are included?

The 11 US federal holidays, and if you choose "Federal and popular days", observances such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, Halloween and the daylight saving time changes.

Can I edit it after downloading?

The PDF is made to print. Change the options here before downloading, or print it and write on it.
