Blank or dated?

A blank calendar template has the grid and the weekday names but no numbers, so you write the dates yourself and can reuse it any month of any year. Turn off "Leave dates blank" to print a ready-made month with its dates and holidays.

  • Use it for meal plans, habit trackers, shift schedules, chore charts and classroom calendars.
  • Print a stack of blanks on card stock and keep them for next year.

Printing tips

  • Calendars print well at 100% or with "Fit to page"; the layout keeps a margin that home printers can reach.
  • For a wall calendar, print the monthly pages on 32 lb or card stock, punch two holes at the top and bind them with rings, or clip them to a board.
  • Landscape monthly pages give the biggest boxes. Portrait suits a planner binder.
  • Turn off "Shade weekends" and choose the Mono color to save colored ink.

Can I start the week on Monday?

Yes. Choose Monday under "Weeks start on"; the calendar and the mini months follow.

Which holidays are included?

The 11 US federal holidays, and if you choose "Federal and popular days", observances such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, Halloween and the daylight saving time changes.

Can I edit it after downloading?

The PDF is made to print. Change the options here before downloading, or print it and write on it.
